This program introduces the seven principles guiding responsible research in business and management so that participants can serve as pioneers in reliable research, and management.

After completing this course, students will:
1. Understand what business |management research is and its usefulness for managers
2. Understand what plagiarism is and know how to avoid it and use APA 7th Style Format
3. Understand and characterise the management research process (e.g., know how to write a research proposal, know how to choose the appropriate research design, know how to use various processes of data collection)
4. Broadly know the various procedures of data analysis and presentation
5. Understand and discuss the ethical issues for conducting management research, underscoring the seven principles of responsible research (RRBM).
